• #5 HIGHLAND GRACE (7-5) appears to be a major player in this race. She has races good enough to beat this group. This one has proven to be able to handle these conditions in previous starts.
• #4 SETTLING STORM (4-1) should improve off the first start and should be competitive in this spot. She makes sense on speed figures. This one should be sitting in the second tier of runners and looking to make one well timed run at the leaders.
• #3 LIBRETTO (8-1) could be in with a shot in this race. She comes into the race in really good form. This one goes out for the Mike Maker barn and gets Davis in the irons.

• #5 TRUCULENT (9-5) appears to be a major player in this race. He has the top overall power rating in the group. This one will likely be out on or near the lead and will look to hold off the charge to the wire.
• #6 MUSICAL HEART (7-2) should be competitive in this spot. He has proven to be able to handle these conditions in previous starts. This one should be part of the early pace in this spot.

• #11 CADENCIA (4-1) has to be considered based on some of the recent speed figures. The outside draw could be a bit of a question.
• #1A PALACE GOSSIP (5-1) should be competitive in this spot. She has proven to be able to handle these conditions in previous starts.

• #8 UNION FLEET (6-1) makes sense on speed figures and will be hoping for some good pace up front to run into.
• #2 FORTY TWO ACE (7-2) will likely be out on or near the lead and will look to hold off the charge to the wire. The class suggests its not impossible for this one to hold on.
