Bragg Gaming, the Ontario-based real money online casino solutions provider, has reportedly had a great performing year for 2024. According to their latest earnings report, the company has generated $110.5 million in full-year revenue in 2024. This number was up from $101 million compared to the year prior. Meanwhile, Bragg’s gross profit in 2024 reached $58.5 million, $4.5 million better than in 2023’s $54 million.
Moreover, Bragg’s adjusted EBITDA in 2024 closed at $17 million, marking a 3.6% increase year-over-year. That said, Bragg finished with an operating loss of $4 million in 2024, which was up 356% year-over-year.
Bragg Gaming 2024 Financials Gives Promising Numbers
Robert Bressler, Bragg CFO, noted that their Q4 performance was a strong end to cap off a great 2024. He also stated that growing Bragg’s proprietary content remains a top strategic priority for the company. Bressler cited such initiatives will enhance margins and strengthen their competitive position.
During Q4 of 2024, Bragg reported $29 million in revenue. That equates to a 16.3% increase when compared to the same period last 2023. Furthermore, the company’s gross profit closed at $17 million during the quarter, up from $13 million in Q4 2023.
Meanwhile, Bragg Gaming’s adjusted EBITDA in Q4 2024 was reported to sum up to $5 million. This was also up – back in 2023, their adjusted EBITDA in Q4 was near $3 million.
Bragg Execs Expect Another Strong Year
Matevz Mazij, Bragg Gaming Group CEO, is positive they will ride the momentum garnered last 2024 onto this fiscal year. He stated that they are on track to more than double wagering on proprietary and exclusive games in North America.
Moreover, the company estimates that full-year revenue in 2025 to range between $127 million and $133 million. This tantamount to an adjusted EBITDA to land between the range of $20.5 million and $23 million.
Bragg Gaming Cultivates US Expansion
Bragg had a busy 2024, securing its place in the North American market by landing key partnerships. This includes deals with Caesars Entertainment which brings Bragg’s Remote Gaming Service and portfolio to Ohio and Pennsylvania.
They have also expanded their operations to Delaware, and are planning to launch in West Virginia in Q2 2025. However, their West Virginia launch relies on their current regulatory approvals. That said, Bragg is deadset on their goal to be one of the best online casinos in North America.
