Happy Tuesday. We’ve got a small slate of NBA games today but we’ve got some good ones. Let’s get right into my favorite props today.

The Kings finally got their first win of the season and it came against the Portland Trailblazers. Sacremento started the year with games against the Minnesota Timberwolves and the Los Angeles Lakers, so we can cut them a little slack.

Through just 3 games this year, Fox is averaging 22.3 points, 4.3 rebounds and 8.0 assists per game. He’s recorded 10+ assists in 2 of their 3 games and he’s done a great job of distributing the ball and running this Kings’ offense.

The addition of Demar Derozan has been huge for the Kings. He’s given Sacremento a 2nd option on the scoring front, and a guy that can go get you a tough bucket when you need it most. The Kings are averaging 118 points per game this year, he’s averaging 24 points per game and a bulk of his scoring has come in the 4th quarter.

Fox leads the Kings in usage and he’s been really taking on the role of point guard this year. He’s averaging 55 passes per game and he’s averaging 12.3 potential assists through the first 3 games.

Today they face off with the Utah Jazz. The Jazz rank 27th in points allowed this year, giving up 121.1 points per game and allowing their opponents to shoot 47% from the field. Utah’s also giving up the most assists to point guards this year, and tonight’s total is sitting at a sky high 235.5.

The Pelicans are coming off a really tough loss against the Blazers. New Orleans had back to back games over the weekend in Portland, and now follow that up with back to back games in the Bay Area. It’s a little weird scheduling wise, but it could make for some really interesting games.

Last night the Pelicans lost by 22 points to a team they had just bested on Friday. The Pelicans looked sluggish, shot poorly from the field and even worse from 3 (27.6%). Today they enter this game with the Warriors as a 1.5 point favorite, despite both Curry and Wiggins being out for the Dubs.

It’s a weird line with a low total of 216.5; it feels like Vegas is telling us we’re about to get an ugly game and I’m more than happy to listen.

Ingram leads his team in rebounds per game this year, securing 7 or more rebounds in all 3 of their games this year. The Pelicans have been playing largely without a center, starting games with Daniel Theis but he’s playing less than 19 minutes per game.

With the lack of size inside, BI will have to be their top rebounder and tonight against another small team in Golden State, I love for him to secure 7 more tonight.
