The madness has arrived—the NCAA Tournament is finally here. The Brackets are set, and the underdogs are ready to upset. Bring on the March Madness!
Let’s look at the odds of winning the East region and my thoughts on where this side of the bracket will go.
Will anyone stop the Huskies? Or will they be the first team since Florida to be back-to-back champions?
Let the madness begin!
March Madness – East Region
The reigning champion one-seed UConn Huskies are the team to beat this season while being the team to lose to. They are by far bette than they were a year ago and it is hard to take any other team in this region or the tournament to beat them.
This region also features three of the four conference tournament winners, 1. UConn, 2. Iowa State and 3. Illinois. That is why I believe whoever comes out of this region is going to win the whole tournament. The talent level of this region is filled with so much upset potential.
South Region Betting Odds
To win the South Region:
- UConn -105 (Just bet to win it all)
- Auburn +400 (Frauds)
- Iowa State +450 (Do not hate it)
- Illinois +600 (Frauds)
- BYU +1800 (Solid long shot)
- San Diego State +2200 (Could make another big run)
- Washington State +4000 (Meh)
- Florida Atlantic +4000 (It is not 2023)
- Drake +5500 (Could make a mini run)
- Northwestern +6600 (Nope)
- Duquesne +10000 (No)
- Yale +10000 (Stop it)
