LSU Tigers vs Ole Miss Rebels Betting Prediction: Ole Miss Offense to Outpoint LSU in Oxford

LSU is definitely in a weird spot. They are coming off of their biggest win of the college football season, but coach Ed Orgeron is officially on his way out at the end of the season. Things might be very interesting from here on out in Baton Rouge.
Ole Miss has one of the most explosive offenses in the country, led by one of the two leading Heisman Trophy favorites. The only team that has beaten them this season is Alabama, who has the other leading Heisman favorite.
If the Rebels want to rise in the pecking order in the SEC these are the games they have to win. There could be a letdown after the wild finish to last week’s victory at Tennessee.

LSU always has talent and the high expectations that come with that. When the Tigers won the national championship a couple of years ago they might have been willing to overlook some shortcomings with head coach Ed Orgeron. Now that the program has had a backslide, they are looking to go in a different direction. It is still pretty amazing how quickly this has all come to be, and that makes this team very difficult to handicap. They still have lots of talent, but will they fight back when they get down?
Ole Miss is definitely a team that can break your will. They just keep coming on offense, and QB Matt Corral is building a Heisman-caliber resume. He is so dangerous because he can beat you with his arm and his legs. Last week he rushed for 195 yards and had 235 yards passing. They ran him 30 times because the Ole Miss offense is all about taking the yards the defense gives them. They could care less about running the same play over and over. It is not about tricking opponents. It is about execution.
This line is coming down for some reason after opening at 10.5. This one is simple: I just don't think the Tigers are going to be able to slow down the Rebels. LSU will move the ball against Ole Miss too, as everyone does. But eventually, enough drives will break down for them for the Rebels to get an easy win.
LSU vs Ole Miss College Football Score Prediction
