The Sooners have been rolling lately and climbing up the national rankings. It seems that their “QB controversy” has resolved itself. The new guy, Caleb Williams, aced his first start with flying colors and has taken the college football world by storm.
Kansas is having the season most expected. They barely won their opener against an FCS team and have not been competitive since. This one should be ugly.
Oklahoma should cruise in this one as Williams continues to make a surprising Heisman push even though he has just one start for the season.

Oklahoma Sooners vs Kansas Jayhawks Best Bet
Oklahoma -38.5
Oklahoma finally seems to be rounding into form offensively. They have scored 50+ points in each of the last two games as Williams has quickly become one of the most exciting players in the game. It is hard to imagine the Jayhawks providing much resistance against an attack can that beat you through the air and rushes for close to 200 yards per game. The Oklahoma defense can always be better, but playing a team like Kansas will help make them look good.
The closest Kansas has come in any of their games against FBS competition was a 19-point road loss against Duke. I like new Kansas coach Lance Leipold, but it is hard to find any obvious signs of improvement in his first year at the helm. Other than their opening game against South Dakota they have been double digit underdogs each week and failed to cover each time. This is the biggest spread of the season for KU.
That is a lot of chalk for any team to cover. Oklahoma is not just any team though, and Kansas is not just any underdog. Last week Texas Tech was in Lawrence and took care of business, winning 41-17. I would be surprised if the Sooners don’t score more than that, and I would be shocked if they give up as many as 17 points. OU is better than Tech in every phase of the game and should have this game in hand by the middle of the second quarter.
Oklahoma vs Kansas College Football Score Prediction
Oklahoma 56, Kansas 10
