Baltimore Ravens vs Miami Dolphins Betting Preview: Ravens Should Run Over Miami in Thursday Night Romp

After a wild Week 9, Week 10 of the NFL season looks set to open with a Thursday night mismatch in Miami. The Ravens are atop the crowded AFC North, a game ahead in the win column over the Steelers, Bengals, and Browns. That is a tight margin, but NFL betting odds strongly favor the Ravens to triumph over their division rivals.
For the Dolphins, this season hasn’t gone according to plan at all, and they are bringing up the rear in the AFC East midway through the season.
Even if this matchup may be a dud, Ravens QB Lamar Jackson is always must-see TV, and the last time he was in Miami he torched the Dolphins.
This season has quickly become a disaster for the Dolphins. Not only are they not winning games, they are not seeing much development with their “franchise QB” either.

Baltimore Ravens vs Miami Dolphins Best Bet
Baltimore Ravens -7.5
For all the talk about Baltimore’s offense and what it is or isn't, there is no denying they are moving the ball. They are first in the NFL in rushing and second overall in yards. Being seventh in scoring is good too, though when they get close to the goal line sometimes the elusiveness of Jackson seems to be less of a factor because everything is tight in the red zone. The offense is definitely not a problem. The defense might be. They are 31st against the pass. Miami might not be able to exploit that tonight but better teams definitely can.
The Dolphins won last week for just the second time this season. Beating Houston is hardly an indicator of anything other than still having a pulse though. They are back to Jacoby Brissett at QB as Tua is hurt, again. Last week he threw two interceptions but perhaps facing a weak Baltimore pass defense helps him out. Miami could not run the ball last week and expecting that to change against the Ravens is unlikely. Baltimore is stout against the run. Miami is bad on offense and defense and they look like they are going to get roughed up this evening.
Whenever you see that hook you should pause for a moment, and the fact that so many dogs did well last week is interesting. But Baltimore should win easy tonight. I don’t see how the Dolphins have much success on either side of the ball and those failures will enable the Ravens to win with ease. They might reclaim the best team in the AFC moniker.
NFL Betting Prop Watch: Baltimore Ravens Over 27.5 Points
Baltimore is going to be able to move the ball with ease tonight. They probably don't drop 59 points the last time they were here, but getting more than half of that should be a breeze. Lots of short fields and big plays for the Ravens tonight.
Baltimore Ravens vs Miami Dolphins Score Prediction
Baltimore Ravens 34, Miami Dolphins 13
