It begins! Today the NFL season will kick off with the a match up made in heaven with the Kansas City Chiefs taking on the Baltimore Ravens. This rematch has NFL fans salivating. And while I’m sure everyone is busy locking in their plays for game one, don’t forget to also load up on some NFL futures! Throughout the months of July and August I broke down NFL Fantasy value picks galore! Each came with a correlated futures bet. But now it’s time to consolidate that list. Here are three of my favorite futures I dug up. Part two will drop tomorrow!
So without further ado, let’s kick it off the new NFL season by playing the long game. It’s time to find some NFL futures best bets baby!
1. Dalton Kincaid o77.5 receptions -112 on BetOnline:
To be honest, I love all three of Kincaid’s futures props, but his receptions seems the safest. He had 73 receiptions last season with Stefon Diggs and Gabe Davis in the line up. He also played less snaps than veteran tight end Dawson Knox for the first several weeks of the season. As pointed out above, Kincaid averaged 5.7 receptions in the last 10 weeks he played in of the season. A full season of this production would be over 95 receptions. This could be my favorite NFL futures best bet I have dug up so far in these articles.
Kincaid is poised to take on a significant role in the Buffalo Bills’ offense as a reliable receiving option for Josh Allen. Tight ends who can catch passes are highly valuable, and Kincaid’s versatility and receiving skills make him a natural target in the middle of the field. As a hybrid tight end who can line up in various formations, he’s likely to be heavily involved in both short and intermediate routes, increasing his opportunities for receptions.
The Bills run an up-tempo, pass-heavy offense that will provide Kincaid with ample opportunities to catch passes. With defenses focusing on their deep passing attack, Kincaid should see plenty of open looks on shorter routes, screens, and check-downs, further boosting his reception totals. Kincaid was drafted to be a top weapon for the Bills and this year they will release him, making his receptions an NFL futures best bet.

2. Jalen Hurts o9.5 rushing touchdowns for -126 on BetOnline:
Jalen Hurts o9.5 rushing touchdowns for -126 on BetOnline:
The Eagles’ offensive system is built around Hurts’ dual-threat capabilities, utilizing his legs as much as his arm. They often design plays specifically for him to run, particularly in goal-line scenarios, and the “tush-push” QB sneak play has been almost unstoppable, adding to his scoring potential.
Hurts has had 15, 13 and 10 rushing touchdowns in his last three seasons. The addition of Barkley may drop Hurt’s total upside in touchdowns, but even if Barkely snatched 5 of Hurts’ last season rushing TD’s he would have still had 10 total rushing touchdowns. I don’t expect Hurts to have 15 again, but the presence of Barkely should also open up lanes for Hurts to sneak into the end zone. I still think Hurt’s rushing TD upside is higher than 10, making this an NFL futures best bet.
Hurts has consistently demonstrated his ability to score in short-yardage and red-zone situations. His physicality, combined with a low center of gravity, makes him effective at QB sneaks and designed runs near the goal line. In 2023, for example, Hurts had 13 rushing touchdowns, which shows his reliability in these situations. Add all of this up and Hurt’s o9.5 rushing touchdowns line is an NFL futures best bets!

3. Calvin Ridley o4.5 touchdowns for -125 on BetOnline:
Ridley is a proven playmaker with elite route-running skills, making him a go-to option in the red zone. His ability to create separation and execute precise routes, especially in tight spaces, makes him a natural touchdown threat. Additionally, Ridley has a knack for turning medium-range passes into big gains, which could lead to explosive touchdowns from further down the field.
Someone will need to score on the Titans. And Ridley has CRUSHED this line in every season besides his 5 game season in 2021. He has averaged 8.5 touchdowns in four seasons (excluding 2021). Even if Levis isn’t the answer, Ridley has been an elite talent in this league and should be able to amass some garbage time TD’s. I trust this line much more than his future receiving yards prop.
Ridley will likely be fully integrated as the Tennessee Titans’ WR1 or top receiving option. Ridley is expected to get plenty of targets, especially in scoring situations. The Titans’ offense continues to develop, and Ridley should be a focal point in both their red-zone and vertical passing attack. This one is one of my favorite NFL futures best bets.
