It’s Week 2 and we all know our favorite bet to make in the NFL is touchdown scorer bets. Who doesn’t love a good touchdown parlay, or sweatin’ a touchdown prop late in 4th quarter.
Today I’ve got 3 touchdown scorers I love in Week 2, parlay them or play them individually; let’s just have some fun.
Here are our best touchdown scorers in Week 2!
Josh Jacobs to Score a Touchdown (-111)
Let’s kick it off with a little chalk.
Josh Jacobs is a popular play this week but that doesn’t scare me off the value we’re getting. I’m not a fan of taking touchdown scorers for anything less than even money, but with Jacobs this week, I’ll make an exception.
The Packers enter Week 2 with a plethora of question marks surrounding their quarterback situation.
It was first thought that Jordan Love would be out 6-8 weeks with a strained MCL, now the Pack have labeled him as questionable and won’t rule him out till kickoff. If Love is forced sit this one out, the Packers will go with backup, Malik Willis.
Willis hasn’t started a game since 2022, and he’s got just 3 career starts in the NFL. With the lack of experience from their quarterback, the Packers’ offense will need to lean on the veteran running back to help them get the win.
Jacobs ran for 88 yards on just 16 carries in Week 1, saw 76% of the rush attempts by the Packers and was on the feld for 73% of the Packers’ offensive snaps. He didn’t manage to get into the endzone last week, but with the usage he’s in line for this week, I love him to get us six on Sunday.

George Pickens to Score a Touchdown (+250)
From chalk to some value here with Geroge Pickens. The Steelers’ offense looked very ‘mid’ last week with Fields under center, but they got the win & Fields will get another start.
Fields put up just 156 yards through the air last week, recording a 74% completion rate and no passing touchdowns. He added another 57 yards on the ground, running the ball 14 times and didn’t turn the ball over once.
Fields’ targeted Pickens 7 times, he recorded 6 catches for 85 yards; even recording a 40 yarder late in the 1H of the game. Pickens lead the Steelers in target share and looks like he’s got quite the connection with Fields.
In Week 1 the Steelers saw just 6 plays in the redzone and would elect to run the ball 5 of those 6 times. The big play ability of Pickens is why I love this spot against the Broncos, they gave up receptions for 77 yards to Tyler Lockett last week; even giving up multiple touchdowns of 30+ yards.

Sam LaPorta to Score a Touchdown (+110) via BetOnline – Get a $500 WELCOME BONUS
Let’s cap off our trio of touchdown scorers with a tight end, no pun intended. Sam LaPorta owes all of us over at Betting News a touchdown this week, maybe two.
LaPorta scored 10 touchdowns last season, 9 of those touchdowns came at Ford Field in Detroit. Last week he was targets 5 times, caught 4 passes for 45 yards and didn’t get into the endzone.
Of LaPorta’s 5 targets, just one came in the redzone, and that came within the first 10 minutes of the game. This Sunday he’ll be matched up with a Buccs defense that just gave up 20 points to a dysfunctional Commanders squad.
It’s the highest total on the the board and we’re looking to one of the Lions’ heavy hitters to get the job done for us, here in Week 2.
