Rams @ Cardinals Analysis & Breakdown
The Rams and Cardinals will meet for the first of two meetings this year, this Sunday in Glendale, Arizona. The Rams won both divisional matchups last season, by quite a big margin too; winning both games by an average of 20 points.
Starting quarterback for the Cardinals, Kyler Murray, only suited up for the 1st of those two games; throwing for 256 yards and 1 touchdown. The Cardinas scored just 9 points in that game, and just 23 points in total against the Rams last year.
This year both teams enter this matchup still searching for their first wins of the season. The Cardinals held a 17-3 lead on the Bills in Week 1, but it was quickly erased by the time the third quarter came around.
Arizona gave up 24 2H points to the Bills and just proved to be too much.
Los Angeles played on Sunday Night of Week 1 and looked like they may pull of the upset against the Lions. The Rams held a 20-17 lead late in that game but would end up losing, and not covering, in overtime.
This Sunday both squads enter this game hungry for a win, look for a tough fought game with big plays spread throughout.
Cooper Kupp o86.5 Receiving Yards (-111) via BetOnline – Get a $500 WELCOME BONUS
Cooper Kupp is so back. In Week 1 Kupp recorded 14 receptions on 21 targets; put up 110 yards and a touchdown. Now with no Puca Nacua, it should be Cooper Kupp season all over again.
Last week, Josh Allen picked apart this Cardinals defense; throwing for 232 yards with a 78% completion percentage and 2 touchdowns. This week the Cardinals defense is tasked with containing Matt Stafford and this Rams offense.
Stafford put up 317 yards through the air and threw the ball 49 times, yeah 49 times, insanity. McVay has been known to commit to the pass but throwing the ball 49 times for any team is kinda crazy.
With that kind of volume, against a secondary like Arizona’s, we’re definately riding with Cooper Kupp.

Los Angeles Rams ML (-111) via BetOnline – Get a $500 WELCOME BONUS
Matt Stafford and Sean McVay coming off a loss, that’s not matchup I would want to go up against. The Cardinals looked good in Week 1, putting up 28 points against a tough Bills defense and almost pulling off the upset.
The Rams lost to the Lions, on the road, in overtime. They scored 20 points and Stafford put up 300+ yards through the air and they added another 83 yards on the ground.
Stafford is 4-1 against the Cardinals since joining the Rams; averaging 254.2 yards per game, 10 touchdowns and just 2 interceptions. Over the course of his career, he’s averaging 247.2 yards per game with 22 touchdowns and 10 interceptions.
Matt owns the Cardinals and we’re riding with him this weekend.
