Where is the Value?
With three games left in the NFL season, now is the time to take a closer look at Super Bowl winner odds and explore value plays heading into the final stretch. If you are leaning toward any of the favorites in the Championship Round, it may be smarter to bet on their futures instead of their moneyline or spread this week. At plus money, you can grab the Chiefs or Eagles to win it all, skipping the shorter prices on this week’s matchups.
This morning, I took the Chiefs to win the Super Bowl at +220. If they beat the Bills on Sunday, I would likely be on them to win it all, so locking in the value at greater than 2/1 feels like the right move. The same logic applies to the Eagles at 2/1 on some books. Rather than taking them at -6 against the Commanders, you can bet on them to win this weekend and the entire enchilada.
For underdog bettors, there are times when playing the moneyline game by game is the smarter option. However, the look-ahead lines favor the Bills regardless of the NFC opponent, and the Commanders would likely be no better than 2/1 on the moneyline against the Chiefs. With the Commanders at 7/1 to win it all, that is a price worth taking. The Bills at +240 on BetOnline is also excellent if you believe they are the team of destiny.
If you are backing any of these teams to win on Sunday, I strongly recommend taking their futures before kickoff.
Super Bowl Winner: Chiefs (+220)
