Calgary comes in on a 2-game winning streak and are 5-2-3 in their last 10 games. They haven’t played well on the road this season with a 5-7-4 record and are also 4-3-1 in the division. Lack of scoring hasn’t help them win.

This team is averaging less than 3 goals scored per game, which ranks 24th in the league. The Flames have managed to average about 30 shots on goal, but they rank 3rd worst in the league for shooting percentage.

On defense, they need to tighten up. They are allowing over 3 goals and just about 30 shots on goal per game. The penalty kill is a really weak point for this team, ranking 4th worst in the league. It will be a tough task vs this Knights team who is 6th best in the league on the power play.

It’s hard to pick against the Knights and I honestly think they handled business like the 1st meeting. They are so comfortable at home and play so well in the division, that it’s going to be extremely tough for the Flames to win this one.

I expect the Knights to come out fast and get at least 1 early goal. Once they get the lead, there will be no looking back. I really think that they lay it on the Flames this game, just like last game.

For some props, I like Mark Stone to record 3+ shots on goal for +175 value. He has recorded this in his last 3 games vs the Flames. Calgary also ranks 23rd to shots on goal allowed to the forward position. For the same reasonings, I like Pavel Dorofeyev to record 3+ as well for +139.

The line for Samsonov’s saves is 25.5 saves at -118. I don’t hate this at all. He should see over 30 shots tonight, but we need to hope a lot are on goal. There could be a lot of misses, but I still like this at 25.5.
