College World Series Final Preview
The Gators clearly responded following their Game 2 loss. A 24-4 routing of the Tigers in the College World Series Final is at the very least making a clear statement that you belong to be here.
LSU was riding plenty of momentum after taking down the #1 overall seed Wake Forest in back to back games, AND THEN winning Game 1 of the MCWS Final.
But the Gators finally slowed them down.
Florida hit 6 total home runs, including multiple home runs from Ty Evans and Jac Caglianone. The bats absolutely could not be stopped.
In total, the teams combined for 4 times as many runs in Game 2 as they did in Game 1. Ironically, LSU scored just 4 runs in both games.
That totally means there will be tons of runs in this game, right? The Gators will surely dominate, right?

Tigers vs Gators Prediction & Best Bets
Florida beat LSU by 20 yesterday. They covered the over by themselves, twice.
That totally means the Gators win tonight and the total soars over, right?
I don’t think so.
Paul Skenes is most likely going to be on the mound for the Tigers. He’s pitched plenty in the past week at Charles Schwab Field, and rightfully so. The man is an absolute stud.
This year he’s posted a 12-2 record, a 1.69 ERA and 209 Strikeouts. The Air Force transfer has been a big part of the Tigers success this year.
With Skenes on the bump, I think this one can stay under, even if his playing time is limited.
LSU/Florida Under 9 (-115)
Who Will Be Crowned College World Series Champion?
Back in 2017, the Florida Gators captured their only College World Series by sweeping the LSU Tigers in two straight games. The Tigers have been chomping at the bit to play this team in this situation. And especially coming off of a 24-4 loss, there isn’t a better time for the Tigers to bounce back.
LSU was the preseason #1 ranked team in the NCAA. This team has been called a contender all year long, and tonight they will show the world what they’re made of.
We took the Tigers and the under in Game 1, we stayed off, but leaned with Florida and the over in Game 2, and now in Game 3, we’re going right back to the Tigers and the Under.
LSU -1.5 (+125)
