WWE Crown Jewel Predictions 2023
The WWE Crown Jewel odds are courtesy of BetOnline as of 11:09 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 1.
WWE World Heavyweight Championship: Seth Rollins (-400) vs. Drew McIntyre (+250)
I bet against Seth Rollins when he faced Shinsuke Nakamura at Fastlane and ended up eating crow for it. This time around, the WWE World Heavyweight Champion defends his title against Drew McIntyre, who’s had a chip on his shoulder as of late.
I won’t make the same mistake I made last month — I’m taking Rollins to retain. While it’d be nice to see McIntyre win a world title in front of a capacity crowd, I see Damien Priest cashing in his Money in the Bank briefcase after the match and I just don’t see it having the same impact if it isn’t on Rollins.
Again, I’d be fine if McIntyre won, but smart money says that this will be Rollins’ last successful defense before taking a well-deserved rest.
Rollins vs. McIntyre Prediction: Rollins (-400)
WWE Women’s World Championship: Rhea Ripley (-2500) vs. Raquel Rodriguez (+500) vs. Nia Jax (+800) vs. Shayna Baszler (+1200) vs. Zoey Stark (+1200)
In what might be the most hectic match of the night, Rhea Ripley puts the WWE Women’s World Championship on the line in a fatal 5-way match against Raquel Rodriguez, Nia Jax, Shayna Baszler, and Zoey Stark.
I just can’t see Ripley losing the gold here. With all due respect to the challengers, none of her four opponents have been built up well enough to pose a true threat. Rodriguez is good but needs more momentum. Jax is… what she is. Baszler and Stark could use more credible wins.
Ripley (and the Judgment Day) is on top of the world and won’t lose the gold unless it’s in a one-on-one match with a worthy challenger.
Women’s World Championship Fatal 5-Way Prediction: Ripley (-2500)
Undisputed WWE Universal Championship: Roman Reigns (-5000) vs. LA Knight (+900)
LA Knight has been one of the fastest-rising stars of 2023 and it’s culminating with the biggest match of his career at WWE Crown Jewel. After all, Knight is set to be the next challenger for Roman Reigns’ Undisputed WWE Universal title.
Would Knight make for a great champion? Absolutely. Do I think it’s happening on Saturday? Probably not. It just isn’t time for Reigns to lose the gold when a feud with Cody Rhodes is still being built up, likely ending with a WrestleMania rematch.
Knight will still have a strong showing and maybe even be the recipient of a ‘Dusty Finish,’ but Reigns likely won’t lose the strap until it’s time to finish the story.
Reigns vs. Knight Prediction: Reigns (-5000)
WWE United States Championship: Logan Paul (-1000) vs. Rey Mysterio (+500)
A few years ago, I would’ve laughed at the idea of Logan Paul becoming a WWE champion one day. But fast forward to 2023 and the YouTuber-turned-wrestler has a chance to take the WWE United States Championship from the legendary Rey Mysterio.
I wouldn’t overthink things when it comes to this match. Paul is a natural in the ring and has quickly become one of the WWE’s better villains. He also seems committed to being a wrestler, meaning it’s important to strike the iron while it’s still hot.
Expect Paul’s upward trajectory to continue by winning his first-ever title.
Paul vs. Mysterio Prediction: Paul (-1000)

WWE Crown Jewel 2023 Picks
Cody Rhodes (-700) vs. Damian Priest (+400)
WWE Crown Jewel 2023 isn’t just filled with title matches. There’s also the one-on-one singles bout between Cody Rhodes and Mr. Señor Money in the Bank Damien Priest.
Although both superstars could use a win, Rhodes isn’t losing this weekend. It’s almost WrestleMania season, which means the WWE needs to start building up Reigns’ potential challenger. A loss to Priest would do the opposite of that.
Besides, Priest losing makes sense. A loss will keep him out of the fans’ minds until it’s time for him to cash in following Rollins vs. McIntyre.
Rhodes vs. Priest Prediction: Rhodes (-700)
WWE Women’s Championship: Iyo Sky (-300) vs. Bianca Belair (+200)
Iyo Sky’s WWE Women’s Championship reign continues as she faces one of the top former champions of the modern era. Bianca Belair made her long-awaited return a few weeks ago, leaving time to tell if she’s ready to be at the top of the mountain again.
I know the odds are on Sky’s side, but I can see Belair pulling off the upset. The fans love her and she consistently gets some of the top reactions in the company, regardless of gender. It’d make sense to put the gold back on her, especially if a potential feud with Jade Cargill is on the horizon.
I’m actually surprised that the odds aren’t closer for this match, so snag Belair at +200 while you still can.
John Cena (-120) vs. Solo Sikoa (-120)
In a match that oddsmakers see going either way, John Cena and Solo Sikoa will go head-to-head at WWE Crown Jewel. It’s a big match for Cena, who hasn’t picked up a televised singles win in five years.
A win over an icon would be huge for a young talent like Sikoa, but it’s time for Cena to get back into the win column. He’s likely entering the final stretch of his career and needs to win at least one “big” match to prevent the fans from assuming a loss is incoming whenever he steps foot in the ring.
Besides, a loss to Cena in a competitive match wouldn’t hurt Sikoa at all. Hell, he can even cement his reputation by brutalizing Cena to the point of disqualification if the WWE truly wants to paint Sikoa as an unhinged threat.
Cena vs. Sikoa Prediction: Cena (-120)
