The Sunday card from Aqueduct features the Ruthless. The race was scheduled for Saturday, but the track cancelled racing due to an impending storm.

Aqueduct- Race 1

Post: 11:50 AM ET; $80k Maiden Special Weight going 1 mile on dirt; Entries: 6

#2 GIFTED (7-2) gets the top selection. She should be sitting in the second tier of runners and looking to make one well timed run at the leaders. This one has proven to be able to handle these conditions in previous starts.
#5 BALPOOL (2-1) should improve off the first start and could be in with a shot in this race. She could be a dangerous threat to get loose on the front end. This one has to be respected going out for the combination of Atras and Franco.
#1A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT (9-5) has proven to be able to handle these conditions in previous starts. This one goes out for the combination of Abreu and Davis.
#4 RIVER OAKS (6-1) had a productive debut and should move forward off that effort. That would make this one a player.

#3 TEKILA (9-2) isn't without hope. She has to be respected going out for the combination of Hennig and Carmouche.
#1 APRIL ANTICS (6-5) looks to be the class of the field.
#2 AMERICA'S PRIDE (7-2) goes out for the Morley barn and gets Huayas in the irons. This one has been really solid in recent starts and should be ready to run a big one here.

#4 GIRL TROUBLE (9-5) looks best here. She looks to be the class of the field. This one goes out for the Reid barn and gets Lezcano in the irons.
#5 ROYAL POPPY (5-1) appears to be a major player in this race. She should be part of the early pace in this spot. This one makes sense on speed figures.
#2 INTERPOLATE (7-2) should be competitive in this spot. She shouldn't have trouble with the 7 furlong distance.
#3 MALIBU MOONSHINE (2-1) should be able to get the distance. This one will likely have a lot to do in the lane, but could get up with a competitive run.

#5 JAKE ROCKS (9-2) isn't without hope. He makes sense on speed figures.
#101 O'TROUBLE (6-5) has solid early pace figures in a race that looks to lack a ton of front running speed.
#3 MONEY IN THE BANK (5-1) is probably best to put underneath on most tickets. He has races good enough to beat this group.

#4 SICILIA MIKE (8-1) is the top pick. He has races good enough to beat this group. This one has really consistent pace figures which should work well in a moderately paced race.
#1A PERCEIVED (7-2) could be in with a shot in this race. He has proven to be able to handle these conditions in previous starts.
#7 DARK STORM (9-2) feels like a fringe contender in this spot. He definitely should be in the mix late.
#6 COOL QUARTET (2-1) isn't without hope. He has to be respected going out for the combination of Atras and Franco. This one shouldn't have trouble with the 1 mile distance.
