The Los Angeles Lakers continue their stay in New York, after their loss to the Nets last night in Brooklyn, 121-104, to take on the Knicks in Madison Square Garden.

The Knicks also fell victim to the Nets in their last game in the Barclays Center over the weekend, 122-115.

Prediction

LeBron James and Anthony Davis didn't play last night against the Nets, so it will be interesting to see if one of them or both of them suit up tonight.

Given that they both sat out last night for injury management, I would assume they play tonight. The line also indicates that, as the Lakers are only 3 point dogs to the Knicks.

If one or both of the LA superstars get ruled out, I suspect this line would move to 5 or higher.

So keep an eye on that as the day progresses. @Underdog_NBA is a great follow on Twitter to stay up-to-date with who's in and who's out night to night in the NBA.

From the Knicks side of things, they looked fantastic against the Celtics to end the week last week and grab a big overtime win and then came out on Saturday and looked a bit lethargic against the Nets.

Back at home tonight, against LeBron and the Lake show, the Knicks will looks to bounce back and continue their rise in the Eastern Conference table.

Julius Randle has been playing All-Star caliber basketball and I expect him to have a big game against one of this former teams. Keep reading for more on that 😉

For the game, I am going to ride with the Knicks to get it done at home.

If Randle, Jalen Brunson, and RJ Barrett all show up to play tonight, the Knicks should be too much to handle for the Lakers.
