Analysis & Breakdown

Monsters in Manhattan
The Knicks came into this series with Philly on a mission. That mission was to get back to the Eastern Conference Finals and now they sit just one win from doing exactly that. New York's won two of the three games so far in this series by double digits and at no point has Philly looked like the better team.
The Knicks are second among all playoff teams in points per game (117.8), first in field goal percentage (51%), second in fast break points and rank second in second chance points per game. They've done a great job on offense, while at the same time stepping up on the defensive side.
New York's ranked first among all playoff teams in points allowed, second in opponent three point percentage and third in opponent field goal percentage. The Knicks are 7-2 since the start of the postseason and have been led by their Captain, Jalen Brunson.
Brunson's averaging 28.0 points per game in the postseason and he's been New York's best player by a country mile. OG Anunoby is the Knicks' second leading scorer in the playoffs and one of the few guys on this roster that knows what it takes to win.
Anunoby's averaging 21.1 points per game in the postseason but sat Game 3 due to a hamstring strain. His status for tonight remains questionable but a win tonight would give Anunoby plenty of time to rest before the Conference Finals kick off.
Sixers Swept?
The Philadelphia team we all watched in the first round of these playoffs, is not the same team we've seen show up here in second round. The Sixers have cleared 98 points just once so far in this series and that was the game without Joel Embiid on the floor.
Embiid's been awful in this series. In the two games he's taken the floor, he's scored no more than 18 points, shot below 40% and grabbed no more than 6 rebounds. Embiid finished as a -24 in Game 1 after just 25 minutes of game time and followed that up with a -9 plus/minus in Game 3.
Tyrese Maxey has been doing everything he can to help will his team to a win, averaging over 40 minutes per game in the postseason and playing over 44 minutes in both Games 2 and 3. Maxey's struggled in this series, averaging just 18.7 points per game and being held under 20 in two of the three games so far.
Rookie VJ Edgecombe's in the same boat, averaging just 13.3 points per game in this series despite playing nearly 40 minutes per game.
Sunday's Best Bets

Josh Hart o8.5 Rebounds (-130) | Lucky Rebel
Josh Hart has played 40+ minutes in back to back games and is averaging 36.5 minutes per game in this series against Philly. Compare that to Round 1, where Hart averaged 33.5 minutes per game because of New York's game plan.
Hart's ability to guard one through five and ability to rebound the ball is why he's so important in this series. Karl-Anthony Towns has been in foul trouble consistently in this series and has played under 29 minutes in every game of this semi-final.
Hart's cleared this line in six of his last 10 games against the Sixers and is averaging over 16 rebound chances per game. He's cleared this line just once in this series but that was with 11 rebounds in their most recent game.
If the Knicks hope to close out the Sixers tonight, I'm expecting a big night from Hart.
