Prediction for Celtics vs Heat Game 7

3 games ago the Celtics looked to be down and out and on their way to play golf in Cancun for the offseason.

Jayson Tatum and company said, “Not so Fast, My Friend.”

Game 6 in Miami was a rollercoaster to force Game 7, and came down to the final second. Literally.

The ECF have been unreal.

Derrick White’s put back with 0.2 seconds left clinched the game for the Celtics and forced the possibly history making Game 7 tonight.

As mentioned before, and has been previously documented, no team in NBA Playoff History has come back from down 3-0 and won the series.

It has happened previously 3 times, and all three teams ended up losing Game 7.

• 1951 New York Knicks
• 1994 Denver Nuggets
• 2003 Portland Trail Blazers

The only difference is all of those teams had to play Game 7 on the road. The Celtics tonight get a chance to make history at home, and I think they do.

Best Bet for Celtics vs Heat

The Celtics are making history tonight and will become the first team to come back from down 3-0 in a series to win.

But 7.5 points is too many points for Jimmy Butler and this Heat team.

Jimmy Butler and Bam Adebayo shot a paltry 9-37 from the field in Game 6 and the Celtics still needed to win on a last second buzzer-beater.

I highly doubt Butler and Adebayo shoot that poorly tonight in a win or go home Game 7 with it all on the line.

The NBA fan in me wants to watch history tonight and I think I see it. But this one is going to come down to the wire and maybe even the final shot once again.

Tatum has 17+ RA in 4 of the 6 games in this series and in all 3 eliminations games.

The Celtics are a better team when Tatum is dominant in every aspect, scoring, rebounding and facilitating.

He has flirted with a triple double in 3 games this series and I think he does again tonight.

You can sprinkle the Triple Double as well for the value. Big players step up in massive moments. With history and a trip to the NBA Finals on the line, Tatum will shine.
