We have made it, folks. It seems like just yesterday we were getting ready to watch Arizona and Florida kick off the college hoops season with a massive matchup in Las Vegas. Just three weeks ago, we had a full bracket of 68 teams who were hungry to make a run in March, but now just two are left. Dan Hurley and the No. 2 UConn Huskies are in their third national championship game in four seasons, but they find themselves as touchdown underdogs against the No. 1 Michigan Wolverines. Let's check out our CBB expert's picks and find out how they're betting on the final college basketball game of the year!

One of these teams has been much more dominant all year long than the other. The Michigan Wolverines played in one of the toughest leagues in all of college hoops, and they only lost three times. They dropped games to Wisconsin, who made the tournament, and to Duke and Purdue on neutral sites, who both made the Elite Eight. Pretty solid teams to lose to. However, they have covered four straight spreads with ease in the Round of 32 and beyond. Can they not only win, but cover against the Huskies?
UConn finished second in the Big East in what many would consider a down year for the conference. But Dan Hurley is still on the sidelines. They've won two straight outright as an underdog, including a massive comeback against Duke in the East Regional Final. UConn has also covered four straight spreads since the Round of 32. But now they are priced as the biggest underdog they've been all season long. Can the Huskies pull off another miracle?

#2 UConn vs. #1 Michigan NCAA Basketball Picks and Predictions

Michigan has lost four straight national title games. Will they finally find a way to win tonight?

I think Michigan wins this game, and it wouldn't surprise me if they pull out the belt like they did against Arizona in the Final Four. Michigan has been scoring at will, demolishing anyone who dares stand in their way, and now they are one more win away from their first national championship since 1989. Since that win, they have lost four straight title games, but they are looking to end that tonight. I think they are capable.
UConn was able to contain Illinois, but the Illini also shot about as bad as they had all season long. I don't believe the Huskies will be able to slow down the Wolverines, who will try to push the pace of this game, creating more offensive opportunities. Sure, Illinois had a massive front court that couldn't contain Tarris Reed, but Michigan will make it very tough for the UConn big to get anything going offensively.
Getting Dan Hurley as an underdog clearly doesn't happen very often. But I still think this UConn team has used up all of their magic, and I trust Michigan to flex their muscle and put up plenty of points, daring the Huskies to keep up. They simply won't be able to do so, and I see Dusty May winning his first national title as a head coach.
