Tonight, the hottest team in hockey takes the ice. The red-hot New York Rangers (37-16-3) will take on the New Jersey Devils (28-23-4) at the Prudential Center. Both teams are playing the 2nd game of a back-to-back.

The Devils lack of defense hasn't helped their goalie situation either. They rank 26th in goals allowed and 18th in shots on goal per game while ranking 20th in penalty kill.

I really like the Rangers in this spot. I know they have to come back down to Earth, but at plus chicky? Yes, please.

Right now, they are just absolutely buzzing, and this game is a perfect one to keep it going. They're played plenty at the Prudential Center and will have plenty of fans in the stands.

The Devils are struggling right now, so the Rangers will want to get out to an early lead. The earlier the Rangers rattle the goalie the better.

I expect Panarin to play in this game. In the last game they played against each other in November, he had 2 goals and 9 shots on goal. If he plays, we'll be laddering his shots and taking him to score a goal.
