Brandon Wilson won the 2026 Super High Roller Bowl XI for $1,125,000, securing his second PokerGO Tour (PGT) title of the year. The American outlasted a field of 28 entries in the $100,000 buy-in tournament at PokerGO Studio in Las Vegas.
The victory marked Wilson's fourth tournament title of 2026 and his 17th career live title across all tours. More importantly, it delivered his first seven-figure payday as a tournament champion.
Before this triumph, Wilson had recorded three previous seven-figure scores worth $2.2 million, $1.2 million, and $1.1 million. However, those results came from two runner-up finishes and one fourth-place finish. His latest victory finally paired a million-dollar payday with a major championship.
Brandon Wilson Survives Bubble Pressure
Wilson's path to the title nearly ended with six players remaining, when only five would receive prize money. He faced Kristen Foxen in a pivotal hand that ultimately determined who would leave empty-handed.
Foxen held A♣8♣ against Wilson's 9♠9♦. The 10♣9♥5♠ flop gave Wilson a set of nines immediately, putting him firmly ahead. Foxen had unpaired ace-high and no made hand on the flop, but the 7♦ turn gave her a straight draw.
The A♠ river paired Foxen's ace, but it could not overcome Wilson's set. Foxen subsequently finished sixth without a payout, while Wilson secured a place in the money.
That narrow escape set the stage for his charge toward the championship.
Wilson Takes Control at the Final Table
Wilson gained momentum through a pivotal confrontation with Alex Foxen. Foxen held pocket tens, while Wilson had A♣K♦ in a preflop all-in confrontation. An ace on the board gave Wilson the winning pair and helped him seize the chip lead.
Wilson then eliminated Adrian Mateos in fifth place for $215,000. Nick Petrangelo sent Jeremy Ausmus home in fourth for $310,000 before Wilson knocked out Alex Foxen in third for $450,000.
Those eliminations left Wilson heads-up against Petrangelo, with the championship and the $1.125 million first-place prize at stake.
Wilson Seals Victory With River Call
With blinds at 30,000-60,000 and a 60,000 big blind ante, Wilson raised to 130,000 on the button with Q♠10♠. Petrangelo three-bet to 500,000 from the big blind with 7♥7♦, and Wilson called.
The A♦Q♣9♠ flop gave Wilson a pair of queens, while Petrangelo held an underpair. Petrangelo continued for 500,000, and Wilson called. The J♣ turn gave Wilson an open-ended straight draw, but Petrangelo fired another 650,000 into the 2,060,000 pot.
Wilson called again, and the 8♥ river completed his queen-high straight. Petrangelo moved all-in for 1,325,000 with his final bluff attempt. Wilson snap-called with his straight, securing the championship and sending Petrangelo to the runner-up position.
Petrangelo earned $700,000 for second place, while Wilson collected the tournament's top prize.

Wilson Adds Another Major Career Milestone
The Super High Roller Bowl XI victory gave Wilson his second PGT title of 2026, following his win at a PGT Last Chance event in January. It also marked his fourth tournament victory of the year across tours, including two EPT Paris side-event titles.
Although Wilson had previously come close to winning seven-figure prizes, this result delivered a new milestone. He finally claimed a million-dollar payday as a tournament champion after previously finishing second twice and fourth once in events yielding comparable payouts.
For readers following major tournament results through US online poker sites, Wilson's latest triumph offers another compelling chapter in the 2026 high-stakes season.
His ability to survive the money bubble, build momentum at the final table, and make the decisive river call ultimately carried him past a formidable field.
