We head to the fifth of six games today in the W. The Connecticut Sun will take on the Indiana Fever at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse. These two teams met last month, and the Fever won the game by ten points.
Indiana is 16-10 this season and currently second in the Eastern Conference. They come into this game on a two-game winning streak after a big win over the Liberty on Saturday. The Fever are 7-3 in their last ten games and 10-5 at home this year.

They seem to have found their groove, winning their last four out of five games. They beat teams like the Aces and Liberty. Guards Caitlin Clark and Kelsey Mitchell have both been on fire as of late and really carrying this team.
Their offense is one of the best in the league. They rank first in points per game and third in pace and field goal percentage. Indiana also has the best offensive rating in the league. Their defense needs some work though, ranking in the bottom of the league for defensive rating, turnovers and steals.

Connecticut will try their best to keep up with fast paced Indiana squad

Sun guard-forward Kennedy Burkes drives past Fever forward Monique Billings.
The Sun are 7-19 this year and seventh in the Eastern Conference. They come into this game off a loss to the Mercury on Sunday after beating them the night before. Connecticut is 5-5 in their last ten games and 3-9 on the road this season.
It's been a lost season for the Sun, and we're only have way through. They lost all of their stars last season and are in a complete rebuild currently. At this rate, they might as well tank for a solid draft pick position.
Offensively and defensively, this team is in the bottom of the league. From points per game to pace to shooting percentage. One of the only things they do good is rebound and they're still middle of the road. Their defense is definitely better than their offense though.
Let's check out the odds and get into the Sun vs. Fever picks for tonight's game.

It's a big spread, but there's only one outcome I see coming and that's a beat down. Give me Indiana to roll this Connecticut team on to their third win in a row. This is a great spot for them to keep their momentum going and win an easy one.
The Fever have them beat up and down on paper and on the floor. They could use this win with Seattle and Portland as their next games, which could lead to a five-game winning streak. Indiana is also so good at home, and the crowd will most definitely be rocking.
Caitlin Clark and Kelsey Mitchell are playing out of their minds right now. Connecticut has no answer for them, and I see them both going off again. Give me Mitchell to hit her points line and Clark to hit her assists line. Both of these ladies will continue their dominance.
