The Sun are 7-18 this year and seventh in the Eastern Conference. They are currently on a two-game winning streak after their win on Friday vs. the Mercury. Connecticut is 5-5 in their last ten games and 3-8 on the road this season.

It was a good showing out of the team last game. The team was led by guard Lelia Lacan with 26 points, 5 assists and 4 rebounds. It was a team effort as four more players all scored in double digits. Two of those players were off the bench and the bench produced 37 points.

Connecticut played smart ball and turned the ball over less. They were able to get 25 points off those turnovers which is huge. Creating plays and capitalizing on mistakes is a key to success. They also had 19 fast break points, handling the ball well again.

I'm going with the get back spot. Last game was a sad showing for Phoenix and they need a win badly. After watching some tape, they should come out differently tonight and will end this five-game losing streak.

Let's be real – neither team is very good. This is just a matter of who comes out better and the Mercury should have a fire under their butts. Both teams need wins badly, but the Sun embarrassed them at home last game and that should really motivate Phoenix.

One thing that should help them get there is a big game from Kahleah Copper. I like for her to have a monster game, which she's been doing a lot as of late. She had 21-points in their loss last game but had been averaging almost 25 points across six or seven games. Give me Copper for a 25+ point performance tonight to lead them to victory.
