If the Thunder win by exactly eight points, there would be no winner or loser. Sportsbooks would grade all corresponding bets on both sides of the line as a "push" or a no result. In that scenario, the original stake of all bets on either side with that number would be refunded.
Moneyline Betting
Moneyline bets are bets placed on one team to win a specific game, half, or quarter.
For example, if the Thunder are favored to win at home and the Knicks are considered the underdog, the line could look like this:

In this situation, if the Thunder win the game, all moneyline bets made on Oklahoma City would win, while all bets on New York would lose.
