We've got a full slate of Major League Baseball beginning this evening. Yes, I am completely tapped in to the FIFA World Cup happening every single day. However, I am a gambling man, and I cannot let opportunities to make some money pass by. Therefore, we dug into today's MLB betting board and found some of our favorite picks for this evening's games!

New York Yankees vs. Detroit Tigers MLB Picks

Gerrit Cole has had a great season through six starts for the Yankees
Yankees vs. Tigers Pitching Matchup
- New York Yankees: RHP Gerrit Cole (2-1, 2.57 ERA, 1.00 WHIP)
- Detroit Tigers: LHP Framber Valdez (3-5, 4.09 ERA, 1.35 WHIP)
Best Bet: Yankees/Tigers Under 8.5 (-105) Lucky Rebel Sportsbook
Tonight we are fading both offenses and backing the starting pitchers in this contest. Perhaps it would be smarter of me to play the first five total at 4.5 and take the bullpens out of the equation. However, I'll stick with the full game.
Gerrit Cole has been a flamethrower in his minimal starts this year, but he is posting a 1.69 ERA on the road so far this year. After two straight starts without allowing a run, he has come back down to Earth, giving up eight in his last three outings. However, the Tigers bats are running too hot, and I'll fade them at home.
As for the Tigers, Framber Valdez has not been the stud they thought they were getting from Houston. But his ERA is just 2.81 through three starts in June, and has allowed 10 earned runs in his last five contests. New York is solid at hitting lefties, but watches their team batting average drop to .241 when hitting on the road. I'll back this to be a low scoring game at Comerica Park.
Milwaukee Brewers vs. Cincinnati Reds MLB Picks

Jake Bauers has had an unbelievable year at the plate for the Brewers so far this season, hitting .270 and leading the team in Home Runs and OBP
Brewers vs. Reds Pitching Matchup
- Milwaukee Brewers: RHP Brandon Woodruff (2-1, 3.60 ERA, 1.03 WHIP)
- Cincinnati Reds: RHP Brady Singer (3-6, 5.32 ERA, 1.61 WHIP)
Best Bet: Brewers -1.5 (+102) Lucky Rebel Sportsbook
I love fading Brady Singer, and we are doing that again today. Am I a bit salty the Royals traded him away? Sure. But regardless, the guy has not been shoving so far this year, and I'll take advantage tonight.
Brandon Woodruff is making his first start after coming off the 15 day IL for Milwaukee. Could he have a rough outing? Absolutely. But I trust the Brewer's bats enough to give him the run support he needs to get the victory. Singer, on the other hand, isn't guaranteed the same support.
Singer has a 5.32 ERA and a 1.61 WHIP. Yes, his ERA is down during three starts in the month of June, but he just got his first win since April 25. Since the start of May, the Reds are just 1-7 in games where Singer starts, including losing by more than two in five of those losses.
During the month of June, Milwaukee is hitting .295 as a team, which leads the entire MLB. The Reds rank No. 28 in that stat, hitting just .222 as a team in June, good for third worst in baseball. Give me the Brew Crew tonight on the road.
