Daniel Collins (SPJ) NFL Week 4 Best Bet (1-2)

Purdy looks to move the Niners to 4-0
Brock Purdy o15.5 Rush Yards (-120)
The Niners have been rolling to start the season and it is a lot to do with the MVP caliber start of Brock Purdy.
I like the Niners in this spot against a Broncos defense who have been sub-par to start the season and I expect the Niners offense to be able to move the ball. Purdy has been super effective obviously slinging the rock but I love his scrambling in this game.
Purdy has 16+ rushing yards in all 3 games to start the season and in 6 straight home games dating back to last season. With the Broncos front most likely finding ways to get home, I expect Brock to have to run around to make plays, whether by design or out of structure.
Hell, Matthew Stafford had 16 rush yards against this defense last week. If Stafford can get moving, I expect Brock to cruise over this line.
Chef T NFL Week 4 Best Bet (1-2)
Darius Slayton over 13.5 receiving yards is one I really like Sunday.
He's cleared this in 4 of his last 5 and 90% of his last 10. Washington is tied for allowing the most receptions to WR3s, and this matchup grades as one of the softest DvP spots on the board.
At only 13.5 yards, he doesn't need much volume at all — two catches can get this home.
Nate Hornung NFL Week 4 Best Bet (0-1)
Seahawks 1H TT Over 13.5 (+105)
Chargers are hot garbage, allowing two 1H scores in all three games. Have yet to allow this number, but they've been saved by 1H turnovers from their opponents.
If Seattle cleans things up, there's no reason they can't find the end zone twice early at home.
Varun Sharma NFL Week 4 Best Bet (0-3)
Jaylen Waddle o57.5 Receiving Yards (-110)
Last week with this same list of injuries, the 49ers watched as Brissett torched them for just under 300 yards and 2 touchdowns. Brissett lead all QBs last week in dropbacks from a clean pocket and that's because the 49ers just couldn't generate pressure.
Since 2024, Nix has been elite from a clean pocket. He's completing 72% of his passes from a clean pocket, with 49 touchdowns, 14 interceptions and a passer rating of 102.1.
This season from a clean pocket, his favorite receiver has been Jaylen Waddle.
Brad Blakemore NFL Week 4 Best Bet (1-2)

Tyler Warren should see alot of targets with Alec Pierce on IR
Tyler Warren o5.5 receptions -110
Warren is coming has 3, 6 and 9 receptions through is first three games of the season. He gets a Commanders team who have been wrecked by TEs in every week. This could be a Warren masterclass, especially with Pierce out.
Tristan Vieira NFL Week 4 Best Bet (3-0)
Eagles +3.5 (-110)
A nasty gross play to follow our 3-0 start, as many know Devonta Smith has been ruled out of this game but the line hasn't budged. We have yet to see Barkley break out this season and I believe this is the perfect spot to do it.
After getting blown out by the Bears, nobody wants to get in on the Eagles here and that is the perfect time to buy low on them against a very hyped team in the Rams who are missing some key parts on defense. Give me the birds at home!
Sukh Brar NFL Week 4 Best Bet (0-3)
Bucky Irving o13.5 Rushing Attempts (-125)
Hit this line the last two weeks and he needs to be in for a heavier workload with star quarterback Baker Mayfield out for weeks. Dating back to last season Irving has hit the 13.5 over in 10 of his last 12. Green Bay is 30th to rushing attempts against as teams take 34 rush attempts per game against the Packers.
OC Zac Robinson was in ATL last year and helped Honey Bijan Robinson rush for over 1,400 yards. Tampa Bay will need that kind of play calling to overcome the loss of Baker. To put it simply, this is Bucky Irving's team now. Or at least, it needs to be.
Justin Carlucci NFL Week 4 Best Bet (2-1)
Jacory Croskey-Merritt o60.5 Rush Yds (-110)
Rachaad White unlikely and Washington is abusing zone runs, Indy can't stop it. Big day for Bill loading in London.
PJ Glasser NFL Week 4 Best Bet (1-2)

The Eagles put up a stinker against Chicago. Will they turn it around at home this Sunday?
Eagles +3.5 (-110)
McVay and Stafford haven't beaten Philly together. Eagles are their kryptonite.
Combine that with Philly coming off an awful Monday night performance against the Bears and I think the Eagles as a home dog are the right side
Tone's Takes NFL Week 4 Best Bet (1-2)
Brenton Strange over 34.5 rec yards (-115)
Slow start to the season for Strange but he gets a fantastic matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals. The Bengals have allowed 299 receiving yards to TEs this season, which is second most in the NFL.
Strange has yet to hit this mark but he is averaging 76 snaps during the first three games. I think he'll finally breakthrough in what should be a high scoring game
Betting the Pitch NFL Week 4 Best Bet (2-1)
Broncos +3 (-120)
The more games Bo Nix plays, the more I think we'll start to see the Bo Nix we saw last season. He hasn't been at his best yet, but there have been flashes, and I expect him to continue settling in as the season goes on.
Meanwhile, I'm not completely sold on this Niners team right now. They've faced a zombie Rams team and the Dolphins, then nearly gave up the lead against Arizona. In my opinion, this Broncos team has been more battle-tested through the first few weeks.
This line feels much closer to a pick'em to me. If I'm getting a full field goal with Denver, I'll gladly take the points with the Broncos in this one.
BetAlytics NFL Week 4 Best Bet (1-2)
Chiefs -4.5 (-110)
Betalytics' data shows Kansas City's defense blitzing just 8% of the time, the lowest on the slate, yet it still pressures the quarterback on 19% of dropbacks, tied for the highest pressure rate this week. That's a front that wins with four rushers and keeps seven in coverage, which is the hardest style for a passing offense to beat. Las Vegas' defense blitzes 12% and generates 15% pressure, so the Chiefs' offense isn't facing an extra-aggressive scheme that could disrupt it.
The Raiders will have to pass into that coverage, while Kansas City's pass protection and play-calling edge, with the posted spread only 4.5 points, point to a two-score game rather than a one-score game.
Brandon Pham NFL Week 4 Best Bet (3-0)

Can Trey McBride take advantage of this Giants defense?
Trey McBride o62.5 Rec Yds (-112)
In a very winnable game for the Cardinals I expect them to be in possession of the ball a lot and when the Cards have the ball they target McBride.
With a team leading 30% of the target share McBride is the Brissets safety valve and should dominate against a beat up Giants team.
Alex Bohling NFL Week 4 Best Bet (2-1)
Aaron Jones o68.5 Rushing Yards (-110)
Jones has now played two games without Jordan Mason and in those two games he's seen north of 17 carries in each of them.
Against a poor Miami Dolphins team, this game could easily get out of hand and Jones should see plenty of run game.
Jackson McNeese NFL Week 4 Best Bet (1-2)
Jaguars/Bengals o51.5 (-105)
I wanted to take Jags ML (+110) however Joe Burrow has never lost to Trevor Lawrence at any level.
In a trend following season, I can't fade the trends. Both teams have proven offensive capabilities this year and that should continue on Sunday.
