GGPoker Ontario will bring the WSOP Online bracelet series back to the province from September 13 through October 6, 2026. The festival features eight bracelet events.

This year's edition carries a record C$1 million guarantee for its Main Event. Across the bracelet schedule, guaranteed prize pools total C$2.95 million.

The festival also offers a major incentive beyond cash prizes. Every bracelet winner earns a WSOP Paradise package, with the Main Event champion receiving the largest reward.

WSOP Online Ontario: Eight Bracelets, Nearly C$3 Million Guaranteed

The schedule mixes familiar WSOP tournament concepts with different formats and buy-in levels. Players can choose from bounty tournaments, flighted events, deep-stack formats, and both No-Limit Hold'em and Pot-Limit Omaha.

Here's a quick look at the bracelet schedule:

Date Event Buy-in Guarantee Format
Sept. 13 Kick-Off C$500 C$250,000 NLH
Sept. 14 Gladiators of Poker Ontario C$300 C$300,000 Bounty, flighted
Sept. 20 Monster Stack C$1,500 C$300,000 NLH
Sept. 21 Colossus C$400 C$400,000 Flighted
Sept. 27 Ultra Stack C$600 C$300,000 NLH
Sept. 28 PLOSSUS C$400 C$200,000 PLO, flighted
Oct. 4 The Closer C$525 C$200,000 NLH Bounty Turbo
Oct. 5 Main Event C$1,000 C$1,000,000 NLH

The range gives players several entry points throughout the festival. The C$300 Gladiators provides the lowest buy-in, while the C$1,500 Monster Stack sits at the top. Meanwhile, the Colossus brings the largest guarantee before the Main Event. Its C$400,000 target gives the tournament considerable weight within the schedule.

Players comparing the best online poker sites can find plenty of variety in the Ontario schedule, from low buy-ins to major events.

Main Event Takes Center Stage

The C$1,000 Main Event will naturally command most of the attention. Its C$1 million guarantee represents a substantial increase from the previous Ontario edition.

Multiple starting flights will feed into Day 2 on October 5. That structure gives players several opportunities to enter before the tournament reaches its final stages.

The Main Event also carries the most valuable prize outside the tournament payouts. Its champion will earn a C$42,000 WSOP Paradise Super Main package.

That package includes entry to the $26,000 Super Main Event at WSOP Paradise. The Bahamas tournament carries a $50 million guarantee, adding another huge opportunity for the Ontario champion.

Seven Other Champions Get Paradise Packages

The other seven bracelet winners will also have a path to WSOP Paradise.

Each will receive a C$7,000 Circuit package. Those packages include entry to the $2,750 Circuit Championship Mystery Bounty.

The distinction between the two package levels makes the Main Event title particularly valuable. Winning any bracelet remains significant, but the Main Event victory provides a much larger route to the Bahamas.

Hundreds of side tournaments will also run during the festival. As a result, players will have alternatives between the headline bracelet events.

Players Face Standard WSOP Online Rules

Players should also note several rules that distinguish WSOP Online events from ordinary online tournaments. Participants must display their real names at the tables rather than using anonymous screen names.

The series also prohibits deals at final tables. Therefore, remaining players cannot negotiate a payout agreement before play concludes.

These rules can affect tournament strategy and the final stages of each bracelet event. Players accustomed to conventional online poker should account for them before entering.

Fifth Ontario WSOP Online Series

The upcoming festival marks the fifth Ontario-exclusive WSOP Online bracelet series since GGPoker launched its regulated platform in 2022.

Its timing also places it immediately after the WSOP Super Circuit at Playground in Quebec. That live festival concludes September 12, one day before Ontario's online series begins.

For players tracking Ontario gambling, the schedule provides another major regulated poker series within the province. It also gives local players access to official WSOP bracelet competition without traveling to a live festival.

The series should attract attention from recreational players and tournament regulars alike. Its combination of lower buy-ins, large guarantees, multiple formats, and valuable Paradise packages creates several compelling targets.

The action begins with the Kick-Off on September 13. From there, Ontario players have nearly four weeks to chase a bracelet before the Main Event closes the festival.
