We have reached the final day of matches in the English Premier League. There was excitement all the way up until the end, with Arsenal clinching the EPL Title last Tuesday thanks to Manchester City's draw with AFC Bournemouth. On Sunday, all 10 matches kick off at 11:00 a.m. eastern to close out the year, and despite there being minimal motivation, we still found some EPL picks.

After cashing the Gunners at +250 to win the league, let's see if we can end on a bigger bang!

Now, most matches don't matter, but I've targeting a few that do. Tottenham and West Ham United are still battling to avoid relegation, but the Spurs can clinch their spot in next year's EPL with a draw at home against Everton. However a loss and a West Ham victory over Leeds would push the Spurs down.

Manchester City hosting Aston Villa no longer means anything, but with Villa winning the UEL this week, they opened up a sixth spot in next year's UEFA Champions League. AFC Bournemouth could clinch that position with a point, while Brighton & Hove Albion could overtake them on goal differential with a loss if the Cherries lose outright on the road.

Best Bet: AFC Bournemouth Team Total Over 1.5 (-125) Lucky Rebel Sportsbook

All they need is a point. Can they get there? Absolutely. I like them to win outright, however I see at least two goals in our future. In October, the Cherries shutout Forest 2-0 at home. Last January, they beat them 5-0. Now it's worth noting that Antoine Semenyo was still on the squad during those victories, but even without him, Bournemouth has the offense to put a couple in the back of the net.

Prior to only netting one in their last two, they scored at least two in five straight EPL matches, both on the road and at home. Against Forest, who have allowed eight total in their last three, this team with plenty of motivation and should be able to score. Give me Bournemouth to get it done.

Prediction: AFC Bournemouth Wins 3-1 (+1200)

Going out this season the same way we came into it, backing an under. We had to find at least one on the slate, and at the Stadium of Light, this is the perfect spot. Now, we saw a 2-1 Sunderland victory back in October at Stamford Bridge, but they needed a stoppage time winner to get the job done. Plus, they allowed Chelsea to find the back of the net in just four minutes, holding them scoreless the rest of the way.

The Blues' offense has been hit or miss recently. They've lost three of their last four on the road outright, being shutout by Brighton & Hove Albion, as well as Everton. As I've preached all season long, Sunderland's success in the EPL is due to their back line. They won't wow you on offense, but they can hold their own defensively. Plus, this team still has a slim shot at qualifying for the UEFA Conference League next year, but they must win to do so.

Prediction: Chelsea Wins 1-0 (+775)
