We've reached the second legs of our Round of 16 matchups in the UEFA Champions League and after the first meetings we are in for a wild finish. Let's take a look at what our soccer experts are eyeballing on the betting board and discuss their favorite UCL Picks for this round of action.

UEFA Champions League Picks and Predictions – March 17
Now remember, this is the second leg of these contests, and all that matters is the aggregate score. We have five teams playing at home that are losing on aggregate score, and two others that are tied. The only road winner in the first leg was Bayern Munich, who leads by five goals.

Sporting CP vs. Bodo/Glimt UEFA Champions League Picks
Bodo/Glimt leads 3-0 on aggregate

Sporting CP is the heavy favorite in this game, and they need to be. The Portuguese hosts need to win this match by three goals just to force extra time, and I don't think they'll do it. The Norwegian visitors already did their job in the first leg, and now they don't need any offense whatsoever. They can successfully park the bus and play not to lose by more than two goals, and that should certainly be their game plan.
In this match, it's nothing but the under for me, as Sporting CP mustered just two shots on frame in the first match. Bodo/Glimt, this year's UCL Cinderella, will make their way to the quarterfinals. The fact that they are +420 on the moneyline but -605 to advance is a sign that they might lose this game, but not by enough to send them home.
Prediction: 1-1 Draw (+875)
Arsenal vs. Bayer Leverkusen UEFA Champions League Picks
Can Arsenal find a way to advance at home against Bayer Leverkusen?

Best Bet: Arsenal ML/Under 3.5 (+114) Lucky Rebel Sportsbook
Typically I would want to play this at under 4.5, but that is priced at -152. I've got enough faith in the Gunners' backline to hold Bayer Leverkusen scoreless, but there's no reason their attack should be overly aggressive. This specific bet hits over 55% of the time this season for Arsenal, and over 60% when they are at home.
For plus money, in a must win match for Arsenal, this is a no brainer.
Prediction: Arsenal Wins 2-0 (+550)
Chelsea vs. Paris Saint-Germain UEFA Champions League Picks
Chelsea needs a HUGE win at home to take down PSG
Paris Saint-Germain leads 5-2 on aggregate
Best Bet: Chelsea/PSG 1H Draw (+165) Lucky Rebel Sportsbook
After a seven goal thriller in the first meeting, PSG leads by three on aggregate. Even at Stamford Bridge, I don't see the Blues breaking this lead. However, they should win the match. I don't think Chelsea is the better team, but they HAVE to be more aggressive, and there really isn't any motivation for the French side to score. They can lose by two and still move on, so I see them being as cautious as possible, bracing for the Blues attack that will surely come all game long.
Ultimately, I see the French keeping this tight in the first 45 minutes, allowing us to cash this juicy 1H wager.
Prediction: 0-0 1H Draw (+300)
Manchester City vs. Real Madrid UEFA Champions League Picks
Real Madrid leads 3-0 on aggregate
I am leaving this game completely alone. Manchester City has to be on the attack if they want to break this three goal deficit, but Real Madrid has a very sound back line. The books have any bet pertaining to City juiced to the high heavens, with their moneyline priced at -227 and their team total listed at over a flat two for -174. If anything, I would take City's team total over 2.5 for (+111), but I am holding off because it hurts my soul just thinking about placing that bet.
City will win, but Real Madrid will have the last laugh as they move on to the UCL Quarterfinals.
UEFA Champions League Picks and Predictions – March 18
Barcelona vs. Newcastle United UEFA Champions League Picks
Ferran Torres and Barcelona escaped St. James' Park with a draw, now they host Newcastle United

I would also endorse Barcelona -1.5 (+138), as we need them to win by two in order to cash our wager, but push potential is fine with me. Newcastle's back line held on for almost the entire match last week at home, but on the road it will be a different story. Good luck containing this Spanish attack.
They only managed two shots on frame and nine total in the first meeting, but this is their third match against Newcastle in the UCL. It is also their first time getting to play host. I see them using that home field to their advantage as they give the Magpies a proper beating.
Prediction: Barcelona Wins 3-1 (+950)
Bayern Munich vs. Atalanta UEFA Champions League Picks
Bayern Munich leads 6-1 on aggregate
The Germans leads by five goals and are STILL a -280 favorite in this match. Nothing from me. Bayern Munich should play their reserves, and they'll still roll to an easy victory.
Liverpool vs. Galatasaray UEFA Champions League Picks
Liverpool have lost twice against Galatasaray in the UCL. Can they finally find a win at home?

Best Bet: Liverpool/Galatasaray Under 3.5 (-105) Lucky Rebel Sportsbook
We've seen two 1-0 Galatasaray victories in the two UCL matches these teams have played, but this one is at Anfield. Liverpool will need to be overly aggressive in order to not only find an equalizer, but to find a winner as well. The Turkish side will park the bus and try to limit Liverpool's opportunities.
Liverpool only has a combined 10 shots on frame in two contests against this team this competition season, and I'm sure the visitors will make it incredibly hard for them to produce any chances. However, I do see Liverpool winning a low scoring match and forcing extra time.
Prediction: Liverpool Wins 1-0 (+1000)
Tottenham vs. Atlético Madrid UEFA Champions League Picks
Atlético Madrid leads 5-2 on aggregate
Tottenham is done. They are down three goals and are +1316 to advance, and aren't even technically favored in this game. Atlético Madrid could sleepwalk their way into the quarterfinals at this point.
