Harry Kane and England are looking to bring the World Cup home this summer - World Cup Futures

FIFA World Cup

We're back with another slate of World Cup player props on this fine Tuesday!

The group stage is starting to take shape. By the end of today, every team will have played two matches. Spain got back on track with a big win. The Netherlands made a statement against Sweden. Meanwhile, Lionel Messi, Kylian Mbappé, and Erling Haaland continue their battle for the Golden Boot.

Let's dive into three player props that stand out on today's slate.

Featured Plays

Harry Kane First Goalscorer

If you believe in trends, this play certainly fits the narrative.

The tournament's biggest stars continue to deliver. Messi, Mbappé, and Haaland have all found the net consistently. More importantly, they have often opened the scoring for their teams.

Harry Kane joined that club in England's opening match. At this price, I'm willing to back him to do it again.

We know exactly what Kane is capable of. He scored 36 goals in 31 Bundesliga matches last season and has carried that form into the World Cup.

Kane has scored 11 goals in his last 11 appearances for England. Few strikers in world football are in better form.

England should create plenty of chances against Ghana. If they score early, I like Kane's chances of being the player who breaks the deadlock.

Play: Harry Kane First Goalscorer (+260)

Ivan Perišić To Score or Assist

The Veteran will need to step up to keep Croatia's 2026 World CUp hopes alive.

I'm expecting a strong response from Croatia in this matchup.

They currently sit at the bottom of their group after a loss to England. Goal differential has only added to their problems.

This is the type of match Croatia need to win. Panama have struggled defensively and tend to allow quality chances.

Perišić was one of Croatia's best players against England. He created four chances and recorded an assist despite the defeat.

I expect him to play in a more advanced role here. Croatia need goals, and Perišić remains one of their most dangerous attackers.

Last season, he recorded seven goals and 12 assists in 27 starts for PSV. He has also produced four goals and six assists in his last 13 matches for Croatia.

Expect Croatia to play aggressively from the opening whistle. If they find success in attack, Perišić should be heavily involved.

Play: Ivan Perišić To Score or Assist (+110)

Luis Díaz To Score or Assist

Luis Diaz and Colombia look to punch their ticket into the next round.

Luis Diaz and Colombia take on Uzbekistan to kick off their 2026 World Cup

Colombia looked impressive in their opening victory over Uzbekistan.

It was a match they were expected to win, but they handled business in convincing fashion. Their attack looked dangerous whenever they broke forward.

The challenge gets tougher against DR Congo, but Colombia remain the superior side on paper.

Luis Díaz was outstanding in the opener. He created chances, attacked defenders, and finished with a goal and an assist.

His club form was just as impressive. Díaz recorded 15 goals and 14 assists in 32 appearances for Bayern Munich last season.

He is likely to spend much of this match attacking Aaron Wan-Bissaka's side of the field. While the defender played well against Portugal, Díaz presents a completely different challenge.

His pace, creativity, and ability in one-on-one situations make him difficult to contain. With a win, Colombia can punch their ticket to the knockout stage.

I expect Díaz to play a major role in making that happen.

Play: Luis Díaz To Score or Assist (+105)
