Wimbledon 2026 Women's Singles Semifinal Predictions & Day 11 Picks cover (American tennis star Coco Gauff)

tennis

With six singles matches left to play out at Wimbledon, we are guaranteed to have a first-time Wimbledon final matchup in both men's and women's singles.

Who will be in line to have their winning Wimbledon moment this weekend? First up, we have two exciting encounters to look forward to in the women's semifinals, as No. 10 seed Karolina Muchova will meet No. 7 seed Coco Gauff, and No. 12 seed Marta Kostyuk will meet No. 9 seed Linda Noskova.

Muchova and Noskova will be looking to secure an all-Czech final faceoff, which would be a first in a Grand Slam. No matter who reaches the final, we will have a first-time Wimbledon singles champion for the ninth time in a row.

Will we see a fourth different Czech player in six years reach the Wimbledon's women's singles final? At Lucky Rebel and other top online sportsbooks, Muchova is a slight favorite over Gauff, while Noskova is a slight underdog against Kostyuk.

Both Muchova and Noskova have been impressive throughout the tournament, as have Gauff and Kostyuk. Which two will still be standing after today?

Wimbledon Women's Semifinal Predictions and Picks

Muchova vs. Gauff Prediction: Muchova to win in three sets

Muchova vs. Gauff Picks: Muchova ML (-120 at Lucky Rebel) and Muchova/Gauff Over 22.5 (-115 at Lucky Rebel)

Gauff is 6-1 against Muchova, including a 6-3, 3-6, 6-3 win in the fourth round of this year's Australian Open and a 6-1, 6-1 dismantling in the Miami Open semifinals in March.

However, Muchova finally got on the board in their most recent meeting in April, a 6-3, 5-7, 6-3 win in the quarterfinals of the Stuttgart Open during the spring clay season.

It's a tough call to bet against Gauff, especially when she has had Muchova's number. That said, I like Muchova on this surface right now just a bit more. No matter the outcome, I expect a third three-set match between the two in their fourth meeting of 2026.

Kostyuk vs. Noskova Prediction: Kostyuk to win

Kostyuk vs. Noskova Picks: Kostyuk ML (-136 at Lucky Rebel) & Kostyuk -1.5 Games (-110 at Lucky Rebel)

This one is also tough to call, but I'm backing Kostyuk to break up the all-Czech final and go a step further than she did last month in the French Open.

While Kostyuk did doubles in this tournament, reaching the round of 16 before she and partner Elena Gabriela Ruse withdrew, she is no longer doing double duty like she was previously.

Who knows how much of an impact that has had on her singles play, but she has made three finals, has lost just five times, and is in a second straight Grand Slam semifinal.

Whether or not Wimbledon is where she makes an even bigger breakthrough remains to be seen, but based on her trajectory, it feels like when, not if for the 24-year-old Ukrainian at this point.

Noskova is also a rising star in her own right, and she has dispatched three consecutive seeded players in impressive fashion. But I like Kostyuk to come out on top here in a two hotly-contested sets.
