We've got a little midweek action on the board today!

There are plenty of leagues kicking off this morning and afternoon before Leagues Cup caps off the night.

I've found a few spots I really like today and tonight.

Millwall vs. Wrexham

This won't be an easy road match for Wrexham.

They haven't been quite as exciting or high-scoring as we've seen in previous seasons. Still, this matchup just screams 1-1 to me.

I lean toward Millwall at home, but Wrexham have enough quality and depth to keep this competitive.

It's still early, so our sample size is limited.

However, Millwall have been one of the Championship's better attacking teams to begin the season.

They rank third in the league with 7.40 expected goals. They're also tied for third in big chances created.

Millwall have played only one home league match so far, but they made a statement.

They beat a quality Norwich side 3-0.

Wrexham have been slower out of the gates from an attacking standpoint.

I expect that to improve as they get some important players back from injury.

Their lack of attacking production has forced them to remain disciplined defensively. However, we've still seen flashes of Wrexham getting dragged into open matches.

The chances have been there at times.

They simply haven't done a good enough job finishing them.

I don't see Wrexham keeping Millwall quiet for 90 minutes today.

If the hosts score first, Wrexham will eventually have to push forward and search for an equalizer.

That should create opportunities at both ends.

I'm willing to back each side to find at least one.

Burnley vs. Middlesbrough

Berhalter and Middlesbrough will look to make it three wins in a row on the road today.

Burnley have already shown an all-gas, no-brakes side to their game this season.

Three of their last four matches have featured at least four goals.

They've also conceded two or more in each of those three matches.

I'm very high on Middlesbrough this season.

They have quality throughout the squad and enough talent to make a legitimate push for promotion.

Middlesbrough have also been one of the Championship's better defensive teams so far.

However, we've seen some vulnerability when they go on the road.

Turf Moor won't be an easy place to play.

I expect the atmosphere to give Burnley a boost in what should be a massive early-season matchup.

We've seen Middlesbrough control opponents and dictate matches.

We've also seen moments where they lose focus and become sloppy defensively.

It only takes one of those lapses for Burnley to punish them.

On the other end, I really like Middlesbrough's chances of creating opportunities against this Burnley defense.

There's a scenario where the visitors clear this total by themselves.

I don't think they'll need to.

Burnley should put up a fight at home, and that sets us up nicely for another entertaining match.

Give me the over with some protection at three goals.

Toluca vs. Club Leon

Toluca and Leon clash in a Leagues Cup semi-final match in Texas tonight.

We'll finish the day with a Leagues Cup nightcap.

Toluca have shown this season that when they get rolling, they can absolutely run up a scoreline.

They've scored at least twice in four of their last five matches.

Toluca have also scored multiple goals in three of their four Leagues Cup matches this season.

This matchup will be played at a neutral site in Houston.

More importantly for us, it's being played indoors.

If you followed my World Cup coverage, you know I loved targeting overs in these dome matches.

Now we get another one in an elimination setting.

Leon are also sneaky good.

They don't have the collection of big-name players that immediately grabs your attention.

What they do have is a quality squad that seems to be clicking at the right time.

Leon have won every Leagues Cup match they've played this season.

I wouldn't be shocked if they pulled off another upset tonight.

That said, Toluca are incredibly resilient.

Even if they fall behind by one or two goals, they have enough quality to fight their way back.

That's exactly what I want when betting Both Teams To Score.

With elimination on the line, neither side can simply settle for a result.

I'm willing to pay the juice here.

I see 1-1 as the floor, with the potential for this match to turn into something even more entertaining.
