The EPL club is going up on a Tuesday as we have not one, but two matches this afternoon for our viewing pleasure. Plus, these matches mean plenty to each side involved. Starting off at 2:30 p.m. eastern at Vitality Stadium, AFC Bournemouth hosts Manchester City, a team that desperately needs a win in order to try and top the Gunners on the table. But later Chelsea and Tottenham go head to head at Stamford Bridge, as the Spurs desperately cling to as many points as possible. Let's get into our EPL picks for today.

Both sides have plenty of motivation in this match. For the visitors, it is obvious. Manchester City's only hope at winning the EPL Title involves winning their final two matches, along with getting some help from Crystal Palace next week. They need three points today to even have a shot. Otherwise, Arsenal captures the top spot. However, AFC Bournemouth are in a peculiar position as well.

The hosts are currently in a UEFA Europa League qualifying position, two points ahead of Brighton & Hove Albion. If they earn the win today, they would seal the sixth spot on the table, claiming their ticket to the UEL. Plus, if Aston Villa ends up winning the UEL this season, Bournemouth could find themselves headed to the Champions League. Point being, both sides should give it their all.

But Manchester City is still Man City. They already beat this team 3-1 at home in November, and that was when Antoine Semenyo was still playing for Bournemouth. Now with him out wide for City, I see them dominating this game and more than likely shutting out their foes. However, I see this same game parlay as getting Man City on the moneyline for a very playable number.

Prediction: Manchester City Wins 3-1 (+1000)

Best Bet: Chelsea/Tottenham Under 2.5 (+110) Lucky Rebel Sportsbook

Chelsea was once near the top of the table, but have fallen hard during the back half of this season. The Blues now sit in 10th place on the table, and depending on the final few results could slip down to 14th. Regardless, they host Tottenham today who will be playing like their lives are at stake. The Spurs are two points ahead of West Ham United, and are safely out of relegation. They are in control on goal differential as well, so West Ham will need to jump the Spurs in order to stay in the EPL next season. I do not see it happening.

However, I don't see the Spurs winning today either. The last two times these teams have gone head to head, in November and April of 2025, Chelsea won both matches by a score of 1-0. At home, I see their back line coming to play, especially considering they have not performed well recently. They should look to end the season on a high note. Chelsea are winless in their last seven EPL matches, drawing just once during that stretch. Their last EPL win at Stamford Bridge was against West Ham on a stoppage time goal in January. Next week, they end their season at the Stadium of Light, so I see them bringing their A-game in order to give the home town fans something to cheer about, since they haven't had much to celebrate all season long.

I see another low scoring game between these two, with perhaps Chelsea finding a late winner.

Prediction: Chelsea Wins 1-0 (+750)
