UEFA Champions League Predictions, Odds & Best Bets (11/5)

The UEFA Champions League returns today with nine matches all across Europe. Through three matches of league phase, we have two teams sitting on top of the table, winning every match they've played. Aston Villa and Liverpool both boast 9 points, but can they win again this week? At the bottom of the table, six different teams have lost all 3 contests and are searching for their first point, including RB Leipzig and RB Salzburg. However there is still time to turn things around!
Remember, following 8 games of league phase, teams will need to be in the Top 24 of the table to avoid elimination. The Top 8 will receive a bye week, while teams ranked 9th through 16th, will be randomly drawn to face a team ranked 17th-24th in a two leg knockout round matchup. But let's get into the matter at hand.
Here are today's matches, so let's take a look and see if we can find any spots worth betting in the UEFA Champions League today.

Celtic vs RB Leipzig Best Bets

Like I stated earlier, RB Leipzig has lost all 3 of their UCL matches this season, and they desperately need a win. Now, they are coming off an away loss to Dortmund in Bundesliga play, but prior to that they won two straight. Before holding Liverpool to just one goal in their most recent UCL loss, Leipzig won two straight road matches, so I have little worry of them not playing well on the road.
As for Celtic, they are coming off two home shutout wins but were blown out by Dortmund, 7-1, in UCL play. I think today they will clearly be the inferior team, against a Leipzig squad that continues to find their groove, and is extremely motivated to win this match today.
Prediction: RB Leipzig 2-0 (+1300)
Real Madrid vs AC Milan Best Bets
Can Real Madrid take down AC Milan at home today?
Best Bet: Real Madrid ML/Under 4.5 (+100) BetOnline
We are backing the defending UCL Champions to get it done at home tonight, but I don't think it gets out of hand. Last time out, Madrid scored 5 goals against Dortmund as they won 5-2 in the UCL, but more recently, they were shutout at home by Barcelona, losing 4-nil. Real Madrid have already lost a UCL match to Lille, and also beat Stuttgart, and today at home I see them getting the job done.
Milan is coming off two low scoring matches and have stayed under 4.5 in every single competition contest this season. They were shutout at home by Napoli just two matches ago, and on the road in the UCL, they lost to Bayer Leverkusen 1-nil. I don't see them being able to score very often, if at all, and but I do think their defense can come to play. After seeing Madrid put up 5 against Dortmund, AC Milan should prioritize slowing down the Spanish attack at home, and trying to hold on for as long as they can.
This game smells like Real Madrid domination, but again, I think it stays under 4.5.
Prediction: Real Madrid 3-0 (+1000)
