What a Sunday we have ahead of us!
Of course, we have a full NFL slate today, but there are also some incredible matchups on the pitch.
And honestly, two of the biggest rivalries in football are stealing my attention.
First, we head to Spain for El Clásico, where Barcelona host Real Madrid in one of the sport's most iconic fixtures.
Then, later tonight, we head to Los Angeles for El Tráfico between LAFC and the LA Galaxy.
Both rivalries have delivered some unforgettable moments over the years, and I expect plenty of excitement again today.
I've found two plays I really like, so let's get right into it!

Barcelona vs. Real Madrid
It doesn't get much bigger than El Clásico.
Today marks the 265th meeting between Barcelona and Real Madrid, with the rivalry as close as it gets.
Both clubs have 106 victories, while another 52 meetings have ended in draws.
That's pretty incredible when you think about the history between these two giants.
Growing up, this matchup was all about Lionel Messi against Cristiano Ronaldo.
You knew that whenever those two stepped onto the pitch, something special could happen.
Now, with Lamine Yamal and Kylian Mbappé leading the way, I'm starting to get that same feeling again.
Two of the best players in the world, representing two of the biggest clubs in football.
What more could you ask for?
However, when breaking down this matchup, I think the tactical battle is especially interesting.
We know exactly what Barcelona want to do.
They're going to press aggressively, dominate possession, and play that extremely high defensive line.
It's the same approach we've seen throughout the season, and it's been incredibly successful offensively.
Barcelona have scored 39 goals through nine La Liga matches.
That's an average of 4.33 goals per game!
I mean, those are video game numbers.
However, that aggressive approach also creates opportunities for opponents to attack the space behind their defense.
And that's exactly where Real Madrid can be dangerous.
I expect Madrid to look for quick transitions and balls over the top to Mbappé.
There aren't many players in world football who can match his pace.
If Madrid can time those runs correctly, Mbappé should have opportunities to get behind Barcelona's back line.
That's going to be one of the biggest keys to this match.
Of course, Madrid will be without Vinícius Júnior today, which is a significant absence.
However, as I've mentioned on my shows throughout the week, I actually liked the lineup Madrid used against Sevilla without Vini.
In my opinion, that setup gives them their best chance of competing with Barcelona today.
Without Vinícius, Madrid may need to be more direct and rely heavily on Mbappé's movement in transition.
Fortunately, that's an area where he can be absolutely devastating.
There's also plenty at stake in the La Liga standings.
Real Madrid enter this matchup six points behind Barcelona. Additionally, Atletico Madrid's victory yesterday leaves them four points ahead of their city rivals.
That makes this an extremely important match for Madrid.
They can't afford to sit back for 90 minutes and hope to steal a result.
Instead, I expect them to be aggressive when opportunities present themselves.
More importantly, I think Madrid will need multiple goals if they want to leave Barcelona with points.
The hosts have simply been too productive offensively to expect a low-scoring match.
However, their high defensive line gives Madrid a realistic path to creating quality chances.
Ultimately, I think Mbappé's speed and Madrid's ability to attack in transition will cause problems throughout this match.
I'm not necessarily saying Real Madrid win El Clásico.
However, I do think they have enough attacking quality to score twice.
At -120, I like the value on Madrid finding at least two goals in one of the biggest matches of the season.
Give me the visitors to make their mark in El Clásico!

LAFC vs. LA Galaxy

Bouanga and LAFC take on LA Galaxy in El Trafico tonight!
From El Clásico in Spain to El Tráfico in Los Angeles!
We have another massive rivalry tonight, and this one always seems to deliver.
LAFC welcome the LA Galaxy in a matchup that carries plenty of importance for both clubs.
These teams know each other extremely well, and there's never a shortage of intensity when they meet.
However, this particular matchup has even more at stake with the MLS playoffs approaching.
LAFC are looking to build momentum and improve their position in the standings.
Meanwhile, the Galaxy are fighting to stay in the playoff picture.
Neither team can afford to drop points at this stage of the season.
That's why I expect both sides to come out aggressively.
More importantly, the recent head-to-head numbers are exactly what I want to see when targeting goals.
Both Teams To Score has cashed in seven of the last eight meetings between these clubs.
Additionally, the over has hit in all eight of those matchups.
That's an incredible run of high-scoring games in this rivalry.
However, it's not just the head-to-head history that makes this matchup appealing.
LAFC have been extremely productive offensively at home this season.
The hosts are averaging two goals per match in front of their supporters.
Meanwhile, the Galaxy are conceding more than two goals per road match.
That's a concerning defensive number when preparing to face an LAFC attack with this much quality.
Of course, I understand that this isn't a typical road fixture for the Galaxy.
Both clubs are based in Los Angeles, so the visitors won't have to deal with a long trip.
However, I still think LAFC have a significant advantage playing on their home pitch.
They've consistently looked more comfortable and dangerous in this environment.
And their most recent home performance against Austin was a perfect example.
I was extremely impressed with what we saw from LAFC in that match.
For stretches, they looked like the dominant team we expected to see throughout the season.
The attacking movement was sharp, the passing was crisp, and they controlled the match.
More importantly, the connection between Son Heung-min and Denis Bouanga was outstanding.
When those two are clicking, LAFC become an extremely difficult team to defend.
Their movement and ability to create chances for each other can completely overwhelm opposing back lines.
Now, they get a Galaxy defense that has struggled away from home all season.
That's a matchup I really like for the hosts.
However, I also expect the Galaxy to contribute offensively.
They're fighting for their playoff lives, and I don't see them approaching this match conservatively.
Additionally, this rivalry has consistently produced goals from both teams.
That's why I'm pairing LAFC's team total with Both Teams To Score.
I think the hosts have more than enough attacking quality to find at least two goals.
Meanwhile, the Galaxy should have opportunities to score, especially if this turns into the open match I'm expecting.
Ultimately, I lean toward LAFC winning this game.
However, I prefer backing their attack while allowing the Galaxy to get on the scoresheet.
With both teams needing points and the recent history of this rivalry, I expect another entertaining night in Los Angeles.
At -120, I really like this combination.
Give me LAFC to score at least twice, with the Galaxy finding a goal of their own.
