The WNBA Playoffs are underway and we've already been treated to some absolute madness. Last night the #8 seeded New York Liberty sent the #1 seeded Minnesota Lynx home for the season. It was the first time in WNBA history we've seen a #1 seed eliminated in the first round and the Liberty did it via sweep.
The Indiana Fever came to play last night, beating the Las Vegas Aces and extending their series to a Game 3 finale. Caitlin Clark had 27 points and 15 assists. Kelsey Mitchell scored 26 of her own and the Fever would go on to win by 10 on their home floor.
Tonight we've got two more 'potential' elimination games on the docket. First on the schedule is the Atlanta Dream and Washington Mystics; live from D.C. The Mystics had a fantastic regular season, but it could all come to an end tonight.
Next, we've got the Golden State Valkyries in Dallas taking on the Wings. The Wings look to respond after a 24-point loss in Game 1 and avoid elimination on their home floor.

Kiah Stokes o6.5 Rebounds (+105) | Lucky Rebel
One of my favorite hoopers to bet this season has been Kiah Stokes. Stokes started 43 of the Valkyries 43 games this year, she averaged 5.8 rebounds per game in just 22.3 minutes per game and she's been a huge part of this defense.
The Valkyries' defensive rating goes from 97.6 with Stokes on the floor to 103.7 with her off the floor. She leads the team in rebounds per game and in Game 1 of this series she finished with 8 in just 20 minutes.
Four of the five Valkyries' starters didn't play the 4th quarter and it's because the Wings were already down 29 points at that point. The Wings' first postseason game with Paige Bueckers was less than idea, despite a great performance from their best player.
Stokes has cleared this line in 11 of her last 16 games overall. She's averaging 25.5 minutes per game in the four games leading into the playoffs and in those games she averaged 9.3 rebounds per game.
Stokes is here to make an impact for the Valkyries and in her first playoff run with this new team; I'm excited to see what she brings.
Paige Bueckers o19.5 Points (-108) | Lucky Rebel
In that same game, I'm rolling with the Wings' best player; Paige Bueckers. Bueckers had 21 points in her postseason debut, shooting 9/10 from the field in just 25 minutes of game time.
Bueckers' averages 32.8 minutes per game this year. She averaged 20.9 points per game in her sophomore year, she shot 51% from the field and 41% from beyond the arc. Bueckers' was the Wing's best player and one of the two biggest reasons this team made the postseason.
This Golden State defense is stout, but with their backs against the wall and with her team on the brink of elimination; I just think 20 points is a must from the former UConn Husky.
Shakira Austin o29.5 P/R (-120) | Lucky Rebel
In the exact same situation as Paige, Shakira Austin and the Washington Mystics come into tonight's game on the brink of elimination. Austin's had a stellar regular season, finally growing into the player most people knew she was.
Austin averaged career highs across the board; averaging 17.0 points, 9.5 rebounds and 1.2 blocks per game. She's cleared this line in 2 of the 3 regular season matchups with the Dream this year, scoring 21 points in both of those games.
Austin scored just 13 points in game 1 and went 4/15 (27%) from the field. She did, however, have 16 rebounds. When going up against the Dream, you need to limit Angel Reese on the glass and that's something we saw Austin do well in Game 1.
Tonight with their season on the line, I'm expecting Austin to come out swinging. The 27% shooting percentage in Game 1 is less than appealing, but the 15 shots she took and 6 free throw attempts is the type of volume I can't ignore.
