While motivation for some of these matchups may be a little one sided, we still dug into the baseball betting board and found some of our favorite wagers. Milwaukee Brewers vs. Philadelphia Phillies MLB Picks
Logan Henderson has 10 wins for the Brewers this year. Can he add another tonight on the road?

- Milwaukee Brewers: RHP Logan Henderson (10-3, 2.51 ERA, 0.81 WHIP)
- Philadelphia Phillies: RHP Aaron Nola (7-10, 4.49 ERA, 1.35 WHIP)
Best Bet: Brewers ML (-123) Lucky Rebel Sportsbook
This is a huge discount for the Brewers. Yes, they have locked up a playoff spot. Yes, they have clinched the NL Central. But they are not quite the top team in the National League with a few games to go. Therefore, there is still motivation to play hard and win going into the postseason. We know the Phillies need to hold off the Diamondbacks for the last Wild Card spot, so Philly will be gunning for a win as well.
But I like Logan Henderson more than Aaron Nola at the moment, and so does the BN Prediction Engine, as they have the Brewers fairly priced at -155. We are getting them for more than 30 cents off that projection…#value.
Despite being injured in June, Henderson has posted a sub 3.00 ERA in every single month this year, with a sub 1.00 WHIP. The man is a flamethrower, and I'll back him to continue to shove, even against a team he has not seen this year. Even though Nola is coming off seven shutout innings against the Mets, his splits get worse at Citizen's Bank Park, and Milwaukee lit him up for six hits and three runs back in June, including two home runs in just 4.2 innings. Give me the Brew Crew to inch closer to a 100 win season.

Angels vs. Athletics Pitching Matchup
- Los Angeles Angels: RHP Walbert Urena (9-10, 2.74 ERA, 1.21 WHIP)
- Athletics: LHP Jeffery Springs (4-14, 6.18 ERA, 1.47 WHIP)
Best Bet: Angels Team Total Over 5.5 (+109) Lucky Rebel Sportsbook
Take the Angels' pitching out of the equation and just back this team to score some runs at Mickey Mouse Sutter Health Park in lovely Sacramento, as the team from LA faces the Unaffiliated Athletics of Northern Cal. Both of these teams have been eliminated from the postseason (for quite some time), but that doesn't mean there can't be any edges in this matchup.
Jeffery Springs is on the mound for the Athletics, and the lefty is just yearning for the season to be over. He's posted a horrible record, an ERA north of 6.00, and a WHIP that is sniffing 1.50. At home, his ERA rises to nearly 7.00, and his WHIP balloons up to 1.62. I wouldn't expect anything less pitching at that ball park. But he also struggles against the Angels, allowing six earned runs on just four hits and two home runs in 3.2 innings while walking four batters as well. I see no reason why LA can't find the same success tonight.
The Angels hit .238 against left handed pitchers, up from their .234 season average. Plus that number climbs to .247 on the road. Mix in the fact that they are playing at a hitter's park, and I trust the Angels to score six, something they've done in just 5/12 games against the A's, but something they've accomplished in four of five games at Sutter Health.
